About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and implement sales strategies for products such as structured deposits, FX-linked investments, and fixed-income notes
- Manage and coach Wealth Sales specialists supporting Relationship Managers
- Coordinate with product, trading, and marketing teams on campaigns and pricing
- Ensure adherence to suitability, product-governance, and conduct-risk requirements
- Monitor sales performance, client satisfaction and portfolio outcomes
Requirements
- 12+ years experience in wealth or investment product sales
- Deep understanding of structured and investment products for retail and wealth clients
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Degree in Finance, Business, or related field
