About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve a comprehensive Field Learning Ecosystem aligned with sales and growth objectives
- Develop learning strategies for onboarding, ongoing development, and field performance
- Create scalable learning experiences using virtual instructor-led training, microlearning, and simulations
- Implement AI-enabled learning tools to enhance field development
- Establish and track KPIs connecting learning initiatives with sales productivity and business outcomes
- Partner with Marketing, Sales Leadership, and Lines of Business to align priorities
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in learning strategy, sales, or performance consulting
- Experience designing and delivering remote and digital learning programs
- Strong facilitation skills in virtual environments
- Comfort experimenting with AI-enabled learning tools
- Applicable life and required securities licensure (Series 6, 63, and 26)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within insurance, financial services, or highly regulated sales environments
- Experience supporting distributed or captive sales organizations
- Budget ownership and vendor management experience
