[Distribution/Atendimento] Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end operational flows to identify automation and AI opportunities
• Specify functional requirements, technical capabilities, integration flows and UI/UX guidelines
• Act as the link between business and technology, coordinating AI, backend, frontend and operations teams
• Define and track product KPIs such as TMA, SLA, accuracy and internal adoption rate

Requirements

• Technical knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, APIs and system integrations
• Systems thinking to architect integrated solutions
• Ability to move between engineering and day-to-day operations discussions
• Data-driven decision making and familiarity with operational efficiency metrics
