[Distribution/REX] Sênior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end solutions from discovery to delivery with long-term quality
• Share business logic across Android and iOS using Kotlin Multiplatform
• Create React web interfaces consistent with the mobile app
• Represent complex business rules such as commissions and feature flags in the UI
• Guide front-end architecture decisions as the product scales

Requirements

• Solid experience with React and TypeScript on the web
• Mobile development experience with Kotlin, including Kotlin Multiplatform
• Strong architecture knowledge (MVVM, Clean Architecture), state management, design patterns
• Solid automated testing, code review and git/gitflow practice
• Experience integrating REST APIs with error handling and caching
• Proactive communication and ability to collaborate with design, product and backend

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Compose Multiplatform, Jetpack Compose or SwiftUI
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
• Web performance knowledge (Core Web Vitals) and UX/accessibility practices
• Experience with A/B testing and product metrics analysis
• Background in financial markets or payment products
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile and web
• Daily use of AI tools to accelerate development
