About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and implement sales force and customer engagement strategy
- Lead, coach and recruit the district sales team
- Translate affiliate and brand strategy into regional plans
- Analyze district sales performance and identify key levers
- Manage territory plans, marketing messages and team expense budgets
- Conduct performance reviews and develop team members
Requirements
- At least 2 years of people management in the UAE or Gulf region
- Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales success in the UAE market
- Demonstrated leadership and sales team management experience
- Familiarity with CRM databases and MS Office
- Strong spoken and written English
- Residency in Dubai, UAE
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales and marketing experience in the hospital market
- Bachelor's degree in life science or biomedical sciences
- Experience in cardiovascular or bone health therapy areas
- Project management experience
