About the role
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain DocuSign CLM workflows, Document Generation Forms, and templates
- Diagnose routing, field-mapping, template, signature, and integration issues
- Gather requirements from internal teams and translate them into system improvements
- Develop and maintain processes for preparing, verifying, and archiving financial documents
- Maintain documentation on workflows and system changes
- Train internal users on DocuSign processes and best practices
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with DocuSign workflow configuration and template management
- Experience with DocuSign CLM and e-Signature is a strong advantage
- Proven ability to build and improve document management processes
- Experience gathering requirements and working with developers or external vendors
- Strong logical thinking and organizational skills
- Fluent English
