About the Company

CourseCareers is an online education platform that helps people launch new careers without a college degree or prior experience. We partner with industry professionals to create job-focused courses that teach practical, employer-aligned skills across technology, business, and the skilled trades.

Responsibilities

• Host a live, one-hour workshop on a monthly basis
• Answer student questions about architectural drafting careers and the job search
• Share real-world insight into what entry-level drafting roles actually look like
• Discuss tools, workflows, and expectations in real drafting environments
• Provide optional 1:1 coaching to students who request it

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional drafting experience
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting software
• Understanding of entry-level roles like Architectural Drafter, CAD Technician, or Junior Designer
• Strong communication and teaching ability
• Availability at least three evenings per week, ideally Tuesday–Thursday
• Self-starter mindset
