About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead functional workstreams within Dynamics 365 Field Service implementations
- Participate in discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Configure Dynamics 365 Field Service including work orders, incident types, service agreements, scheduling, and resource management
- Collaborate with solution architects and developers on integrations and customizations
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and user acceptance testing with business stakeholders
- Provide recommendations based on Field Service best practices
Requirements
- 5-7 years of Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 experience with specialization in Field Service
- Experience delivering Dynamics 365 projects in a customer-facing consulting environment
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
- Strong understanding of field service business processes and operational workflows
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into practical solutions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
