E-commerce CRC Team Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, assess, and develop a team of 5 CRC associates to foster a motivating and positive environment
• Handle HR-related functions, including performance evaluations and compliance with company policies
• Monitor team performance using KPIs and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and best practices
• Lead the CRC training and coaching program, conducting regular individual meetings and daily briefings
• Collaborate with Retail, Customer Experience, HR, Operations, and Merchandising teams to ensure a unified customer experience
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers and coordinate with Paris HQ and the worldwide CRC community

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven management experience
• Strong leadership presence with resilience and composure
• Assertive with a sharp sense of priorities and capacity for analysis
• Proactive, solution-driven mindset with the ability to propose new ideas
• Highly organized and reliable team player
• Experience in e-commerce is a plus
