About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist Solution Architects during customer onboarding projects by preparing documentation, test cases, and system configurations
- Support customers by answering basic operational or technical questions under supervision
- Document workflows, settings, and troubleshooting steps in tools like Asana, Zendesk, and HubSpot
- Learn how to configure and test integrations between e-commerce platforms, ERPs, 3PLs, and marketplaces
- Perform data validation checks for orders, inventory, and shipments
- Help monitor sync errors, escalations, and customer-reported issues
- Work with Solution Architects to track project tasks and deadlines
- Escalate technical issues with clear documentation
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and internal process documentation
Requirements
- Basic understanding of APIs, data flows, or system integrations
- Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis
- Curiosity about e-commerce platforms like Shopify and Amazon
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and growth-oriented mindset
