E-Commerce Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assist Solution Architects during customer onboarding projects by preparing documentation, test cases, and system configurations
• Support customers by answering basic operational or technical questions under supervision
• Document workflows, settings, and troubleshooting steps in tools like Asana, Zendesk, and HubSpot
• Learn how to configure and test integrations between e-commerce platforms, ERPs, 3PLs, and marketplaces
• Perform data validation checks for orders, inventory, and shipments
• Help monitor sync errors, escalations, and customer-reported issues
• Work with Solution Architects to track project tasks and deadlines
• Escalate technical issues with clear documentation
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and internal process documentation

Requirements

• Basic understanding of APIs, data flows, or system integrations
• Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis
• Curiosity about e-commerce platforms like Shopify and Amazon
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proactive, resourceful, and growth-oriented mindset
