E-Commerce Trainee Program

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure across e-commerce trading, digital merchandising, content management, CX, CRM, operations, analytics, marketplace, and digital projects
• Support online product launches, promotions, customer journey improvements, and digital transformation initiatives
• Analyze customer behavior, website performance, and business KPIs to inform decisions
• Collaborate with experienced professionals across multiple e-commerce teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Business, Information Systems, E-Commerce, Communications, or related field
• Strong interest in digital commerce, technology, and customer experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new digital tools
