About the role
Responsibilities
- Gain exposure across e-commerce trading, digital merchandising, content management, CX, CRM, operations, analytics, marketplace, and digital projects
- Support online product launches, promotions, customer journey improvements, and digital transformation initiatives
- Analyze customer behavior, website performance, and business KPIs to inform decisions
- Collaborate with experienced professionals across multiple e-commerce teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Business, Information Systems, E-Commerce, Communications, or related field
- Strong interest in digital commerce, technology, and customer experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new digital tools
