About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 10 to 15 E-File Specialists day to day
- Own work assignment, daily goals, and the daily team huddle
- Train and onboard new E-File Specialists and design training sessions
- Resolve escalations and keep E-File workflows moving
- Maintain team documentation in Confluence and track team metrics
- Look for opportunities to improve or automate processes
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Skye, particularly related to E-File
- Intermediate Excel proficiency
- Working knowledge of Confluence and Metabase
- Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm
- Dedicated remote workspace with internet of at least 100 Mbps

- Minimum 1 year in a leadership role
