About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the FINPRO MENA team in day-to-day operations and client deliverables
- Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and reports
- Learn the fundamentals of Financial Lines products including D&O, Cyber, PI, Crime, and Surety insurance
- Support broking and placement activities
- Contribute to market research and analysis
- Participate in training and development programs
Requirements
- UAE National (with family book)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Solid grasp of basic financial concepts and principles
- Strong communication skills in English
- Results-oriented mindset with analytical thinking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated interest in insurance, financial services, or risk management
- Prior internship or exposure to banking, finance, or insurance sectors
- Arabic language skills
