Responsibilities

• Participate in an intensive, structured learning curriculum focused on insurance and risk management
• Develop skills and knowledge in risk, strategy, and people management
• Work alongside industry-leading experts in a globally recognized professional services brand
• Contribute to client impact across the region and beyond

Requirements

• Must be a UAE National (with a family book)
• Final-year student or recent graduate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Strong academic performance and grades
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams
• Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage)
• Outstanding analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Result-oriented mindset
