About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize full-funnel paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads
- Manage significant ad budgets (seven-figure annual Meta spend) including bidding and audience segmentation
- Track and reconcile performance across in-store and online sales channels
- Own paid media reporting using Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar attribution platforms
- Own end-to-end email and SMS strategy in Klaviyo, including automated flows and segmentation
- Plan and execute campaign calendars aligned with promotions and product launches
- Brief and collaborate on creative assets using Canva
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting to leadership
Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of overall marketing experience with at least 5 years in ecommerce
- Direct experience managing Meta Ads accounts with annual budgets of $1,000,000+
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Klaviyo
- Proficiency with Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar attribution tools
- Experience with Shopify or comparable ecommerce platforms
- Ability to interpret and present cross-platform performance data
- Comfort using Canva for creative direction
