About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day operations of the eDiscovery team, including monitoring of priority tasks and deadline tracking
- Establish and enforce monitoring and quality control protocols for all phases of the EDRM
- Provide daily oversight and support for eDiscovery project managers, data analysts, and technical staff
- Coordinate with eDiscovery leads and vendors to ensure data management tools like Relativity are optimized
- Assume full management responsibilities for the eDiscovery program in the absence of the Program Manager
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in eDiscovery project management or litigation support operations
- 1+ years of experience leading teams or supervising staff
- Advanced proficiency in managing databases within Relativity or equivalent EDRM engines
- Proven ability to troubleshoot critical database issues under tight court deadlines
- Experience managing information for large and complex litigations
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS)
- Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Program Management Professional (PgMP)
- Relativity Specialist certifications
