About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the complete learning cycle for technical and customer-facing teams
- Convert intricate product, technical, and business topics into engaging learning experiences
- Create high-quality educational assets including courses, playbooks, and guides
- Leverage AI tools for content creation, research, and assessment building
- Partner with Product, Sales, and CS to align programs with business priorities
- Define and track key learning metrics such as retention and performance impact
- Maintain a centralized library of reusable educational assets
Requirements
- 3+ years in L&D, Instructional Design, or Enablement within SaaS, IT, or Fintech
- Strong grasp of adult learning principles (LXD)
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for content generation and analytics
- Outstanding presentation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-driven and organized with experience working with SMEs and product leaders
- Advanced to fluent English (C1+ or native-level)
