About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee and guide students with homework and academic assignments
- Develop structured study plans for students needing additional support
- Monitor academic progress and recommend interventions
- Provide age-appropriate counselling to children and teenagers
- Address behavioral, emotional, or learning concerns
- Coordinate with teachers on student academic and behavioral issues
- Participate in parent meetings and provide progress feedback
- Maintain structured reports and documentation
Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree

- Experience in a large healthcare facility
