EHR Implementation Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire program lifecycle from inception to completion
• Act as the primary liaison across internal and external teams
• Develop program strategies and define roadmaps with clear milestones
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues
• Coordinate resource allocation across projects
• Keep stakeholders informed of program progress through regular updates
• Drive process improvements and apply lessons learned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Life Sciences, Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in program and project management
• Experience implementing project management software
• Familiarity with Epic, Aura, Cerner, eClinicalWorks, and other EHR platforms
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across a distributed workforce
• Proven accomplishment in managing multiple concurrent projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Epic certifications are desirable but not required
