About the role
Responsibilities
- Audit 13 existing online courses from the learner's perspective
- Deliver prioritized findings and recommendations for each course
- Update or rebuild courses in Articulate Rise 360 based on approved recommendations
- Design interactions, knowledge checks, and scenario-based assessments
- Build new courses from subject-matter expert content packages
- Build courses with translation in mind and support localization
- Create reusable templates and style guidelines for the course library
Requirements
- Five or more years of instructional design experience
- Minimum three years of hands-on Articulate Rise 360 experience within the past three years
- Portfolio of live Rise 360 builds
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards and SCORM publishing
- Experience auditing and redesigning existing courses
- Strong assessment design skills
- Self-directed, organized, and reliable on deadlines in a remote contract setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Articulate Storyline 360 experience
- Video editing skills
- Localization workflow experience
- Fitness, coaching, or certification-based education familiarity
- CrossFit Level 1 Certificate
