Job description
Responsibilities
- Drive entire sales cycle from needs analysis, solution validation, pilot, to closing the sale
- Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
- Secure new customers within current industries and open new industries
- Perform solution demonstrations through storytelling
- Manage conversations remotely via video conferences with travel as needed (15-20%)
- Travel for quarterly Sales team business reviews
- Document and update CRM based on interactions
- Meet quarterly goals and add top line revenue
- Contribute to scaling the company and maturing the Sales function
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in B2B Sales (SaaS preferred)
- Experience closing five and six figure deals with 4+ month long sales cycles
- History of exceeding quota
- Outstanding prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
- Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple departments
- Ability to work cross-functionally across sales, product, and customer success teams
- Strong negotiation skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- Self-starter with high ability of prioritization
