Responsibilities

• Lead regional market development by identifying, evaluating, and executing high-value partnerships with banks.
• Build and maintain key relationships as the primary owner for prospective and existing customers.
• Lead complex deal processes from initial outreach through contract signature in collaboration with Legal, Compliance, and Product teams.
• Develop market intelligence regarding local regulatory developments, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.
• Become an expert in the correspondent banking space within key emerging markets.
• Drive operational excellence by building scalable processes for onboarding and relationship management.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in business operations, growth, or partnerships.
• 4+ years of business experience specifically in Uzbekistan markets.
• Native fluency in Russian and Uzbek.
• Proven track record of managing complex partnerships and high-value deals with executive stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
• Scrappy, hands-on attitude with the ability to work autonomously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience at a top-tier technology company or management consulting firm.
