About the role
Responsibilities
- Support HR initiatives including onboarding and employee engagement
- Assist Finance with budgeting and expense tracking
- Coordinate Admin and Operations processes and projects
- Work on Technology and Innovation automation and digital tools
- Collaborate with department heads on live projects
Requirements
- UAE National
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Finance, or related fields
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with numbers and people skills
- Tech-savvy and confident with digital systems
- Self-starter attitude
