Employee Experience Director

Responsibilities

• Design and run the employee listening strategy: engagement surveys, pulse checks and exit insights
• Turn survey results into leader action plans and track progress
• Shape the employee journey from onboarding to exit
• Lead recognition, culture, community and wellbeing programs
• Own the internal events calendar across locations and formats
• Build the internal communications strategy and manage all internal channels and the intranet
• Lead the global Workplace Operations team for offices in Dubai, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Singapore
• Own office strategy, space planning, facilities vendors and budgets
• Bring AI-enabled tools and automation to the employee experience

Requirements

• 12+ years in People, employee experience, workplace or internal communications
• 5+ years leading teams
• Ownership of at least two of: multi-country workplace operations, employee engagement, internal communications, large internal events
• Experience managing an intranet and content governance
• Experience in a high-growth, global company
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent writing and editorial judgment
• Track record managing budgets and vendors
• Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, crypto, financial services or another regulated industry
• Experience in the Gulf region and across Asia and Europe
• Hands-on use of AI and automation in employee services
• Familiarity with HRIS and engagement platforms
• Arabic or Mandarin
