About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned employer clients
- Own client issues through resolution with internal XO Health teams
- Lead and participate in client Open Enrollment meetings
- Prepare and deliver recurring client reporting and presentations
- Lead client-specific projects, plans, timelines and milestones
- Maintain knowledge of self-funded benefit design and applicable regulations
Requirements
- 5+ years in employer client account management or health plan administration
- Active Life and Health insurance license or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Working knowledge of ACA, CAA, ERISA and Mental Health Parity
- Experience managing employer clients and key stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AI platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related field
