EMR Integration Specialist

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales, healthcare providers, and IT teams to implement EMR solutions
• Act as subject matter expert for prenatal and oncology sales teams on EMR solutions
• Provide customer support, troubleshooting, and end-user training
• Lead workflow assessment, roll-out planning, and go-live support
• Manage live customer relationships post-implementation
• Identify new EMR solutions, vendor partnerships, and interoperability opportunities
• Enhance the customer onboarding experience

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience working in EMR systems or patient/provider portals
• Strong understanding of CLIA labs, healthcare organizations, and EMR implementations
• Ability to build effective relationships with clients and staff at all levels
• Tech-savvy with previous technical role experience preferred
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage expectations
• Willingness to travel up to 50% throughout the US

Preferred Qualifications

• End-user experience in multiple EMR vendors such as Epic, Cerner, athena, or eClinicalWorks
• Existing IT contacts at health systems or IDNs
