Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments via video visits for adult patients with endocrine and metabolic conditions
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision for Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
• Document all patient encounters accurately within the AdvMD EMR
• Collaborate with other specialists and care team members to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain compliance with clinical protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completed fellowship training in Endocrinology
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology
• Active, unrestricted medical license in CA (additional licenses or IMLC a plus)
• DEA license in good standing
• Experience or interest in APP supervision/mentoring
• Comfort providing care in a telehealth environment
