About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key relationship-builder and figurehead for the MISO strategy
- Work directly with utilities, grid operators, and policymakers to track and react to changing market design
- Synthesize market changes to determine impact on existing customers, new deals, product roadmap, and sales approach
- Communicate strategic insights clearly across the organization
- Manage cross-functional projects in a high-visibility role
