Engagement Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and implement scalable engagement strategies to foster user adoption
• Host meetings and office hours to coach clients on product usage and best practices
• Monitor product usage and proactively identify opportunities to deepen adoption
• Build and execute get-well plans for disengaged accounts
• Maintain deep knowledge of PeopleGrove platforms and translate capabilities into tactical recommendations
• Build trusted relationships with client administrators and champions
• Track adoption and engagement metrics and identify risk early
• Partner with Client Strategists to execute annual account strategies

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in higher education, nonprofit, or SaaS customer success
• Comfortable discussing platform strategy and technical details
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized and able to manage a portfolio of clients
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, ChurnZero, or similar CRM tools
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
