About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and implement scalable engagement strategies to foster user adoption
- Host meetings and office hours to coach clients on product usage and best practices
- Monitor product usage and proactively identify opportunities to deepen adoption
- Build and execute get-well plans for disengaged accounts
- Maintain deep knowledge of PeopleGrove platforms and translate capabilities into tactical recommendations
- Build trusted relationships with client administrators and champions
- Track adoption and engagement metrics and identify risk early
- Partner with Client Strategists to execute annual account strategies
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in higher education, nonprofit, or SaaS customer success
- Comfortable discussing platform strategy and technical details
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and able to manage a portfolio of clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, ChurnZero, or similar CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
