About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and prioritize complex problems in the financial sector and platform products
- Be the reference for technical decisions on solution details
- Help the team solve problems without well-defined scope, working with cross-functional teams
- Provide suggestions and constructive critique, spreading technical knowledge
- Autonomously define and deliver technical roadmaps for larger projects with cross-team dependencies
Requirements
- C# software development
- Solid knowledge of algorithms and data structures
- Solid knowledge of design patterns and SOLID
- Solid knowledge of unit and integration testing
- Natural use of git and knowledge of gitflow
- Docker and containerization knowledge
- Experience with observability tools such as Elastic Search or Datadog
- Writing clean, maintainable code
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, mainly Kanban and/or Scrum
Preferred Qualifications
- Public and private cloud experience such as Azure and Google Cloud
- Messaging systems such as Service Bus, RabbitMQ or Kafka
- Microservices, Event Sourcing, CQRS, Hexagonal Architecture
- Relational and non-relational data modeling
- CI/CD tools and Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of and interest in the financial market
