Requirements
- Demonstrated strong ownership and technical leadership
- Ability to solve complex technical challenges

- Curiosity about Web3, AI, and emerging technologies
- Right to work in your current country of residence
Preferred Qualifications
- Web3 experience is welcomed but not required
- Strong technical projects or contributions visible on GitHub/portfolio
