Responsibilities

• Report directly to the founders
• Provide leadership and mentorship to engineers on the team
• Plan engineering sprints
• Recruit a robust team of high-quality engineers
• Empower the team to achieve high technical productivity and quality
• Manage career development through stretch projects and feedback
• Contribute to engineering-wide initiatives as part of the management team
• Lead greenfield projects involving Large Language Models and modern AI technologies
• Work hands-on with the codebase to provide technical guidance and troubleshooting

Requirements

• Ability to provide people and process management
• Strong technical background with the ability to work hands-on with code
• Experience leading technical projects and providing architectural guidance
• Ability to recruit and scale engineering teams
