About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of skilled engineers to achieve project goals
- Define and execute technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap
- Collaborate with product management, design, and quality assurance teams
- Champion best practices in software development, scalability, and maintainability
- Foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence
- Drive recruitment and onboarding of top engineering talent
- Monitor project progress and implement risk mitigation strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the tech domain
- Proven experience managing and leading engineering teams
- Strong technical leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with modern software development methodologies
