About the role
Responsibilities
- Translate clinical research, regulatory and pharmacovigilance documents from English to Polish
- Perform machine translation post-editing on safety content
- Copy edit translated content for accuracy, tone and consistency
- Meet strict, non-extendable turnaround times
- Work in XTM or Phrase CAT tool environment and Microsoft Word Track Changes
Requirements
- Degree in translation or linguistics, or equivalent, plus two years translation experience, or five years full-time translation experience
- At least two years life sciences translation experience (clinical trials, pharmacovigilance, medical)
- Familiarity with XTM or Phrase CAT tools
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word Track Changes
- Willingness to complete an onboarding assessment
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in medicine, biology, biochemistry, clinical research or linguistics
- In-house industry experience at a CRO or pharmaceutical company
