About the role
Responsibilities
- Generate year over year lead volume growth through business development
- Develop and identify agent partnerships in the South Asia region
- Travel to attend and host events, fairs, and agent visits in South Asia
- Present programs through outreach campaigns, webinars, and masterclasses
- Exceed seasonal and annual enrollment targets
- Manage a large pipeline of prospective applicants using Salesforce CRM
- Convert leads from initial enquiry to application completion
- Consult prospective candidates to demonstrate how programs meet their needs
- Guide students through the enrollment, application, and financial aid processes
- Interview viable applicants to assess program fit
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- English proficiency
- 3+ years of sales, Business Development, or recruitment experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM preferred
