About the role
Responsibilities
- Create a memorable onboarding experience for new patients enrolling in Vivo Care's Home Monitoring Program(s)
- Educate new patients about the Vivo Care program(s) and how it will positively impact their quality of life
- Teach new patients how to use medical devices, such as a blood pressure machine, pulse ox, and weight scale
