About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and manage targeted lead lists aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile
- Partner with an SDR on the GTM team to drive pipeline
- Execute multi-channel outreach including email, calls and LinkedIn
- Manage the full sales cycle for select accounts through contract negotiation
- Deliver product demonstrations and articulate Campfire's value proposition
- Track and report sales metrics and optimize outreach based on performance data
Requirements
- 7+ years in a full-cycle sales role (AE, SDR or BDR) in software
- Experience selling enterprise or mid-market B2B software
- Proven success building and maintaining a high-quality sales pipeline
- Expertise in lead list building and automation tools
- Proficiency in CRM management and reporting
- Strong research skills and excellent communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fintech, ERP or finance/accounting tooling
