Job description

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, manage, and close new business with large financial institutions
  • Drive discovery calls, demos, and collaborative solution design
  • Lead consultative sales processes to understand pain points and buying processes
  • Develop, negotiate, and close high-value, multi-stakeholder SaaS deals
  • Build relationships with executive, technical, and business stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, customer success, and marketing
  • Manage a robust pipeline using CRM tools and provide accurate forecasting

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales
  • Proven success selling to large financial institutions (RIAs, BDs, banks, or insurance firms)
  • Deep experience with consultative, solution-based selling
  • Strong understanding of financial services workflows and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to navigate complex, long sales cycles
  • Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
