Enterprise Account Executive, UAE and KSA (Arabic-speaking)

Responsibilities

• Run eight concurrent enterprise pursuits from first meeting to signature
• Own quarterly business reviews for top Gulf accounts and convert value into expansion
• Spend at least one week a month in Riyadh until a dedicated KSA seat is filled
• Lead Gulf design-partner conversations for the new AI-driven product SYNAPSE
• Maintain current CRM records for every pursuit and conversation

Requirements

• 5-8 years selling enterprise software or data and measurement solutions in UAE and KSA
• Native or business-fluent Arabic and fluent English
• Understanding of digital marketing data including pixels, conversions APIs, and server-side tracking
• Comfort with technical, multi-stakeholder sales involving marketing, data, and engineering buyers
• Disciplined CRM habits and daily use of AI tools
• Willingness to travel within the Gulf regularly

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Saudi procurement and vendor onboarding processes
• Prior work at or with Google, Meta, Snap, or TikTok in the region
• Existing relationships in Gulf retail, telecom, or real estate groups
