About the Company

Cimcor is an industry leader in developing innovative security, integrity and compliance software solutions. Their flagship product, CimTrak, helps organizations monitor and protect physical, network, and virtual IT assets in real-time to ensure infrastructure resilience and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer account development and sales plans to meet company goals and quotas
  • Drive new account development and expand existing accounts through B2B sales of software, renewals, and services
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead development to deal closure using CRM systems
  • Execute complex go-to-market strategies and manage multiple revenue streams
  • Collaborate with sales engineers to ensure technical accuracy in proposed solutions
  • Negotiate with all levels of management and provide customer feedback to engineering teams for product development
  • Manage relationships with resellers, distributors, and global channel partners

Requirements

  • Experience in IT software sales, specifically enterprise software, security software, or network technologies
  • Proven track record of consistent achievement against sales quotas
  • Experience in Strategic and Targeted Account Management and C-level relationship management
  • Technical understanding of firewalls, networking, and enterprise architectures
  • Ability to work independently in a growing, startup-type environment
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Management or Business
