About the role
Responsibilities
- Work with clients to utilize marketing analytics and AI tools to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies
- Prioritize customer success with high-quality support and delivery
- Create detailed project and resource plans independently
- Lead strategic client meetings and consultations
- Manage client relationships end-to-end, including contract discussions and upsell opportunities
- Partner with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Support teams
Requirements
- Fluent English for client communication
- 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles (Project Lead, Sales Engineer, etc.)
- 3+ years of account management experience within a marketing agency setting
- Solid understanding of data modeling and working SQL knowledge
- Strong project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Curiosity about AI technologies
- Ability to take ownership and resolve customer challenges independently
