Enterprise Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to utilize marketing analytics and AI tools to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies
• Prioritize customer success with high-quality support and delivery
• Create detailed project and resource plans independently
• Lead strategic client meetings and consultations
• Manage client relationships end-to-end, including contract discussions and upsell opportunities
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Support teams

Requirements

• Fluent English for client communication
• 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles (Project Lead, Sales Engineer, etc.)
• 3+ years of account management experience within a marketing agency setting
• Solid understanding of data modeling and working SQL knowledge
• Strong project management skills

• Curiosity about AI technologies
• Ability to take ownership and resolve customer challenges independently
