About the role
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end target architecture across Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, B2B Commerce and Consumer Goods Cloud
- Design integration architecture between Salesforce, ERP, DMS, POS data, trade promotion and finance systems
- Serve as technical design authority from discovery to go-live
- Advise C-suite executives and contribute to proposals and technical due diligence
Requirements
- 8+ years Salesforce project experience as Solution, Technical or Enterprise Architect
- Designing landscapes where Salesforce coexists with SAP, Oracle or Workday
- Integration architecture: REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven patterns, OAuth 2.0, SAML, MuleSoft
- Data model, sharing and large-data-volume strategy for multi-country rollouts
- Platform limits, DevOps, CI/CD and release management
- TOGAF or Zachman; Azure, AWS or GCP knowledge
- Consulting background with direct client contact
- Fluent English
Preferred Qualifications
- Consumer Goods Cloud hands-on experience (Retail Execution, Trade Promotion Management)
- Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce / Einstein exposure
- Experience at large consultancies
- Salesforce Application or System Architect certification; CTA a strong plus
