About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the ECV team and oversee the full contract vehicle lifecycle across Seneca Nation Group
- Set team priorities, coordinate workloads, and provide technical direction and mentoring
- Develop enterprise contract vehicle strategies aligned with growth goals
- Serve as Program Manager or ECV Lead for designated vehicles
- Oversee vehicle compliance, reporting, and audit-ready records
- Lead vehicle modifications, SIN and labor category changes, and pricing updates
- Direct participation in new vehicle pursuits, on-ramps, and recompetes
- Advise business development and capture teams on vehicle scope and eligibility
- Monitor utilization, minimum-sales exposure, and operational risks
- Serve as principal liaison to Contracting Officers and program offices
- Establish SOPs, compliance calendars, and training for the ECV team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, acquisition, contract management, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Seven or more years of federal acquisition or contract vehicle management experience
- Leadership of a functional team and complex acquisition programs
- Strong knowledge of the FAR and GWAC, MAC, IDIQ, GSA MAS and BPA structures
- Experience assessing solicitations and coordinating modifications
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Former warranted federal Contracting Officer or senior acquisition leadership
- Experience with GSA MAS, OASIS+ and multiple-award IDIQs
- Experience in a tribally owned, 8(a), or multi-subsidiary contracting environment
- FAC-C, DAWIA, NCMA, PMP or comparable credentials
