Enterprise Implementation Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of accountability for enterprise accounts from contract signature through the relationship lifecycle
• Lead customers through onboarding and technical work required for go-live, including project managing new data connector builds
• Proactively build client relationships, drive platform adoption, and resolve risks to ensure retention
• Lead tactical client conversations, standing touchpoints, and recurring Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) or Executive Business Reviews (EBRs)
• Coordinate cross-team workflows involving data integration and configuration
• Maintain account health scores and track customer value realization
• Partner with the Customer Growth and Retention team on renewal and expansion conversations

Requirements

• Ability to run technical delivery workstreams competently
• Strong experience owning client conversations and acting as a trusted advisor
• Proficiency in project managing technical implementations
• Ability to identify and escalate account risks early
• Experience with customer success tools and health scoring
