Enterprise Key Account Director

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship and results for large enterprise accounts from signature through first renewal
• Coordinate implementation managers, support engineers, product, and sales to ensure successful go-live
• Design how AI fits into customer operations, including voice agent and Autopilot workflows
• Lead onsite working sessions and manage project milestones
• Stay hands-on with live agents by reviewing calls and tuning playbooks
• Act as the customer's voice for product and engineering teams
• Prove ROI with data-driven analysis and dashboards
• Identify risks early and drive account expansion

Requirements

• 4+ years in management consulting, enterprise implementation, solutions, or technical account management
• Experience running complex programs with multiple stakeholders
• Technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data flows
• Experience building, tuning, or evaluating LLM-based agents or workflows
• Ability to communicate effectively with both executives and operational staff
• Strong written communication skills
• Experience in moving, logistics, or field-services is a plus
