Job description

Responsibilities

  • Generate and close net-new business with health systems through direct outreach and personal networks
  • Drive full-cycle enterprise sales from initial contact to signed contract
  • Maintain a 4x pipeline and achieve a 30% win rate on qualified deals
  • Partner with the Head of Sales to refine messaging and develop a scalable go-to-market motion
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to accelerate deal velocity
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner forums

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in healthcare SaaS
  • Proven track record of closing six-figure deals and exceeding quotas
  • Experience selling to hospital RCM personas (CFOs, VPs of RCM, Revenue Integrity, PFS)
  • Formal sales training in a recognized methodology (e.g., Miller Heiman, Challenger)
  • Strong understanding of UM, HIM/Coding, Revenue Integrity, PFS, and Denials workflows
  • Active network within the hospital market
  • Ability to travel as needed for prospect engagement and conferences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience at a health tech startup or AI-native company
  • Familiarity with denial analytics, predictive modeling, or revenue integrity workflows
  • Exposure to channel and partnership sales motions
