Enterprise Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Generate and identify new business leads through various channels
• Qualify leads and assess potential business opportunities
• Initiate contact with prospects, build relationships, and conduct needs assessments
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and explain Signzy’s value proposition
• Customize solutions based on client needs and provide proposals
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract details with potential clients
• Close deals and secure new business contracts
• Manage the post-sale process, ensuring smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
• Continuously meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team success

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (preferably in SaaS)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to understand and assess clients needs to deliver tailored solutions
• Solid understanding of the sales process from lead generation to closure
• Experience in managing and nurturing client relationships
• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent presentation and product demonstration skills
